Bar Billiards Table Pocket Hole Rings (August 2023)

Since it's no longer possible to buy rings that are of the correct size and profile I decided to make a mould tool to produce them.

The cores and cavities were machined in EN19T using my newly made CNC lathe attachment and then polished by hand.

There are 4 different sizes of cores and cavities to cover the variations of holes found in the table slates.

To reduce the tool complexity and cost the tool was designed as a straight open and close tool with no side actions.

This would mean machining the retention grooves afterwards.
